• All rates are subject to a 7% Maine State Room Tax.

Reservation Policies:

• 50% deposit of time secured is required to guarantee INQUIRIES by personal or Cashier's Check only.
  
• A refund of 75% of deposit with a 21-day prior notice or if space is re-rented. No Exceptions.
  
• The nonrefundable room balance is due upon arrival.
  
• 3 nights minimum usually required for in season & holiday rates. Required full payment.
  
• All bedrooms non-smoking.
